Motorola is a world leader in the consumer electronics industry. Motorola makes some of today's most popular cell phones, cable modems and cordless phones. Motorola currently manufactures three lines of cordless phones: the Futurist T-Series, the Modernist C-Series and the Purist E-Series.

The Purist E-Series is Motorola's basic line of economical cordless phones. Motorola offers both 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz models within this line as well as both analog and digital models. The 5.8 GHz models are less susceptible to interference because they operate on a less-trafficked frequency. All models in this line come standard with Caller ID and Call Waiting displays. Some models in this line include an integrated answering machine.

The Modernist C-Series is designed for the consumer who wants to go beyond everyday cordless capabilities for the home or home office. The C-Series is available in both 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz digital models that are expandable with up to eight cordless devices on one phone system. Camera and intercom models can be added for home monitoring. Cell phone docking can be used to make cell service a second line. Models are available both with and without integrated answering machines. A two-line model is available in the C-Series.

The Futurist T-Series is a thoroughly advanced system of digital cordless phones for the home or home office. This line is designed for use with either Windows Live Messenger 8.0 or MSN Messenger services allowing the consumer to make low cost long-distance phone calls. DECT 6.0 technology gives these phones excellent clarity and up to 10 hours of talk time. Online contact list is displayed on the phone's full color display. This phone allows the user to easily switch between standard phone calls and internet phone calls. Its phone book allows storage of 80 names and up to three numbers per name.
